Your custom built homes' turn-key price is $ 332,900 for the Value Series and $365,900 for the Signature Series. The Capri is 2,879 sq. ft. total (2,128 sq. ft. living area), side entry two-car garage and a large covered lanai. Our standard hangar is 50 x 40 hangar but you can go up or down in size to fit your needs and/or budget. The package includes ½ acre taxiway homesite, sod, landscaping, drive/ramp, well, septic tank, etc. We aslo have other lots sizes to fit your needs.
Upgrade to the Signature Series interior and your finishes include maple cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances tall baseboards, raised panel doors, cultured marble tops in all bathrooms, programmable thermostat, emergency generator transfer switch, and more.
