Ocala Art Group Awards

The Ocala Art Group, in which there are several members here on the ranch, is having it's Mid Winter All Member Show and Sale (Med Winter Serendipity) at the Brick City Center for the Arts (the Marion Cultural Alliance on Bropadway, just west of the square in downtown Ocala), and our show will run from January 6 through January 30, 2009. 

Mois Waldran won a blue ribbon (first place) for her lovely watercolor and Gloria Ufkes, won a yellow ribbon (third place) for her oil painting of Poinsettias. We would love you all to come to the awards reception on Friday, January 9 from 5 to 7p.m.

Supporting the arts in Ocala is an important part of what makes our town grow aesthetically and educationally.
